  • Keep abreast of all rules and regulations. Always comply with all laws. Report any issues or concerns to management or compliance officer
  • Your primary reward is a satisfied client, which will bring referrals and more business in the future
  • Always thank client for their business and trust
  • Be forthcoming in explaining to client all issues (e.g. appraisal etc.)
  • If we cannot help them, always treat each customer with respect and dignity
  • Our company exists to help people; conduct business in a fair manner; never do anything that will lead EquiNest to have bad name
